Acceptance of Terms By booking service with Ultimate Auto detailing ('we". "us", "our"), the customer ("you") agrees to these Terms & Conditions

Service Satisfaction Policy

1. deposits/fees policy

booking deposit
There is a $50 booking fee, we require 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you agree to forfeit your $50 deposit. Once a deposit is made your booking will be confirmed via text or email. Deposits can be made via invoice, bank transfer or cash. This deposit is non-refundable, but your booking transferable up to 1 time if this is needed to be moved to a different date.
what if there is bad weather?
In the case of bad weather conditions and you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking without enough notice (failure to provide 48 hours and 24 hours notice), you will not be charged.
refunds of deposit
If you want to cancel your booking 48hours are required, your booking deposit will be 100% refunded If ultimate Auto Detailing cancels your booking. your booking deposit will be 100% refunded.
what if i want to cancel my detail?
We require 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you agree to forfeit your $50 deposit.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE
A travel surcharge over 15km radius from Gateshead 2290 is charge at 90c/km.

personal items
Please remove all personal belongings, money, and other items from the vehicle prior to any detailing. You must remove large amounts of rubbish from your vehicle prior to having it detailed. If rubbish is present in the vehicle, we have the right to charge a $40 surcharge.
dirty surcharge
Additional surchage will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, sand, red dust or other materials not previously discussed or disclosed.Pet hair and sand are two of the most common items to remove from a vehicle. The 100% removal of either pet hair or sand is not guaranteed with any of our details. However, we are successful at removing most of these.
what we will not do
Remove the spare tyre (unless discussed), pull out or remove any seats or equipment, reinstall any child safety seats.

damage to components

Ultimate Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage due to heavily soiled, stained, or damaged interior pieces, such as buttons and steering column buttons and knobs. These areas may be so infused with dirt, grime, suncream etc that cleaning may result in these buttons and knobs losing their markings.We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or parts that are already weakened or repaired. Some vehicles especially older models may have brittle plastics, trims or glued parts that can fail during normal detailing.

Service Satisfaction Policy

1. Service QualityWe take pride in providing the highest possible standard of car detailing. All services are performed with care, attention to detail, and the use of quality products. Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, age, and prior maintenance.
2. Inspection and AcceptanceUpon completion of the service, customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before leaving or before the detailer departs (for mobile services). Acceptance of the vehicle indicates satisfaction with the service provided.
3. Complaints and ConcernsIf you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer to readdress the specific area of concern at no additional charge.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for correction or compensation, as vehicle conditions can change due to environmental or usage factors.
4. No Refund PolicyAs detailing is a time-based service involving labour and materials, refunds are not provided once the service has been completed. However, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to resolve valid concerns.
5. Limitations of LiabilityWhilst we take every care during cleaning we cannot accept liabiilty for:- Pre-existing damage, defects, or wear on the vehicle’s paint, interior, or materials. - Broken Clips, trim, or components that were pre-exisiting, glued or weakened. - Damage that occurs despite normal care and standard detailing procedures.- Results that differ from customer expectations where vehicle condition limits achievable outcomes.- Damage or marks caused by aftermarket accessories or previous detailing work. If accidental damage occurs due to negligence on our part, we may repair or compensate reasonably, but this does not include full replacement costs for parts that fail due to age or pre-existing condition 6. Customer ResponsibilityCustomers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
7. Changes and CancellationsAppointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services due to weather, safety, or vehicle condition.

Ceramic Coatings

GTechniq
If coated with Gtechniq it must be registered online via their within 30 days since the car has been picked up.The required maintenance is followed as per the maintenance T&C available on Gtechniq.com.auAnnual Inspection are required to maintain warranty, this is a free service, however the customer is required to arrange this inspection.Ultimate Auto Detailing will not be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the vehicle or any surface damage caused by accidents or vandalism.
Angelwax
If coated with Angelwax you will be suppliedwith a warranty booklet, the required maintenance is followed as per the maintenance available on it.Annual Inspection are required to maintain warranty, this is a paid service, however the customer is required to arrange this inspection.Ultimate Auto Detailing will not be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the vehicle or any surface damage caused by accidents or vandalism.
